Q: 1)Do you offer Cantonese or Mandarin speaking tour guide? 2)If we choose to travel on 22nd May 2011 (Sunday) departing from Las Vegas, will you send us to Los Angeles on the last day of tour which is on the 24th May 2011? If yes, what time we will reach Los Angeles and can you send us to the hotel that we have booked? Or is there any specific drop off area?

This tour offer bilingual English and Mandarin speaking tour guides. You may request for availability of a Cantonese speaking tour guide.
If you were to book this tour departing on 05/22, the tour will drop off in LA on 05/24. Arrival time is around 6:00-7:30, depending on traffic and drop off location. Drop off locations are the same as the pickup locations, with the exception to Las Vegas. We only drop off at the designated locations listed.

The main shopping tour for this trip will be on the way back to LA at Barstow. On Day 5, the barstow is just used as a rest stop and lunch stop. There will not be enough time on that day for a shopping trip.
You will stay at Barstow for about 2 hours for the shopping trip.

Q: Hi Danny, Thanks for your earlier reply. For a post-tour extension near LAX, I'm presuming a feasible hotel would be Holiday Inn La Mirada, or? Further, which premium outlet in LA is popular with tourists and reasonably near LAX? How about Camarillo Outlet? Well, for each hotel there are different arrangements.
For the LAX Cockatoo, the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from LAX and a shuttle bus service to El Segundo shopping mall for $3.
The Holiday Inn La Mirada, only offers a shuttle service to Disney land. Does NOT offer a shuttle service to LAX.
So, the LAX Cockatoo would be a better choice for shopping mall and airport transfer options.

Q: Below is the response to a customer ( I took it from tour code 117). According to this response, my questions are 1)What we are going to do on day 6 if we won't enter there? since the Hoover Dam is the only place in itinerary on that day. Hi Sam shires: If there is enough time, the tour guide may opt to have a small stop at the Hoover Dam for 15 minute or so. However, because of the completion of the new bypass bridge, regular traffic is not allowed to stop on the actual hoover dam and the bypass bridge itself does not have any stops. The tour will pass by the Hoover Dam on the way to the major site of that day, which is Grand Canyon West. You will enter the Native Indian reservation land and see the inner part of the main canyon.

Q: i have just read that reservations are subject to a confirmation email within a few working days. although we do not want to do the tour until 3 weeks time, we actually depart for the states in 2 days time, so would it be a problem if we have already left and do not have that confirmation email? would we have to print anything to bring with us? We send the e-tickets out by email, but we can fax them out to you if requested. Please note that printouts of the e-tickets will be necessary for you to join the tour you put a reservation in for.

Smaller busses/ vans are usually used for the hotel pickups and you usually move on to a larger vehicle.
The tours may use a Luxury Mini Bus or Luxury Motor Coach [14 to 57 passengers]

Yes, you may end in different cities. However, please let us know you are doing so in the "comments" section when you book the tour. Also, please talk with your tour guide about ending early in Las Vegas if you planning to do so.

We suggest you talk with the tour guide on the start of your Grand Canyon trip to check on the timing and when you should book your show times. We suggest you try to book the Cirque du Soleil shows on the correct day the tour guide informs you, which; is generally the 2nd day of the Grand Canyon trip on the way back from the Grand Canyon to the Harrah's hotel. Generally, the tour guide will try to get the group back by 7p.m. on that day for gambling or shows, however; the timing is dependent on the weather or traffic conditions for that day.
So, for any additional things beyond the scope of the tour, please talk with the tour guide while on the tour.
